Avocado, toghether with olives, is the only fruit to contain monounsaturated fat, the same we find in foods such ad red meat, milk and nuts. Not only it's such a rich nature's output, but when transformed into guacamole it also gets delicious. The customization factor is what makes this simple recipe always fresh: the possible variations are virtually unlimited, depending on which kind of chilly we put into it (usually jalapeno), the ammount of tomato and onions and even its final texture.
We can all make our own guac, but i doubt anyone could ever make it like stop motion artist PES does.
