KEEP ON SMOKIN'

Today one of the last true heres left us. I'm going to say one thing out loud: I've always been of the Frazier side.
That's because before being a boxing legend he was such a great humang being, incredibly humble despite of his legacy, incredibly classy both in victory and defeat. Out of the ring, thanks to his self confidence and his soothing, placid temperament he always kept his composure, staying away from all that useless showboating and ridicolous cocky behaviour of his opponents. Hey... just keep on smokin' up there tough guy.

LIVING SHADOW

The guys at Billboard always bring us juicy exclusive contants, and a few things are more amazing than sitting at Mophonics Studio in New York with Brooklyn's homeboys Twin Shadow. The indie-pop act did not disappoint, performing a few tracks and speaking on the group's success to date. Light, airy synths from Wynne Bennett wafted in and out of George Lewis Jr.'s new wave-inspired vocals and guitar, while bassist Russ Manning picked his way through grooving basslines and drummer Andy Bauer kept the pulsing beat.

SOUTHERN LIGHTS

This planet is really going bananas. A cloud of charged particles from the sun slammed into Earth Monday, setting off an intense geomagnetic storm that spawned northern lights across the U.S.—even in the Deep South, where they more often appeared as rare, all-red auroras. Sky shows were reported in more than half the 50 states, including Georgia, Alabama, and Arkansas.
